Before you apply

• Each adult (18 or older) who will live in the apartment must submit a separate application.
• The application fee is $75 per adult, paid when you apply.
• Income generally must be at least three times the monthly rent.
• Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
• After submitting, use the personalized upload link in your confirmation email to send your supporting documents.
