 If paying by Google Wallet, Venmo or Quickpay/Zelle please use the email address: 4rentinchicago@gmail.com to submit the application fee only. No rent payments or administrative fees are due at the time of submitting the application. No future rent payments or move in fees can be paid through this website. Once your application is approved, you will be notified by email about the balance due along with instructions and methods of payment accepted.  Any application fee paid is non-refundable whether or not applicant and Lease are accepted by landlord.
